I called Shannon in a panic when I was facing for the first time a felony charge with no criminal background. I never actually hired Shannon and the charges got dropped before she ever stepped in to do anything but that being said she gave me so much insight and support from the moment I contacted her. She probably spent at least two hours of her life explaining to me all the directions things could go, what options I had, what she could do and in general laid things out for me in a way I could understand and in a way that helped me deal with the most stressful and scary thing I've ever faced. I truly hope I never have to hire her but I know if I do run into any trouble or if anyone I know does, I would not hesitate to recommend her. I talked with attorneys that charged five times as much as her that gave me a fraction of the time and support she showed me.

I was pulled over in UT for speeding and found out I had a warrant in AZ for something that happened over 11 years ago. I was referred to the Tyler Allen Firm by a friend. When I first spoke with Shannon she was professional and gave me a sense of calm in a very stressful time for me. You do NOT want to take on the AZ court system without someone like her to represent you. The court system in AZ (mainly the district attorneys office) is a mess and if I didn't have her as my attorney they would have destroyed my life. I had to travel round trip 5 times from out of state to Arizona in order to get this whole mess resolved. Each time this happened my stress level increased and each time Shannon reassured me and set my nerves at ease. I saw a couple of other reviews that referred to her as a bulldog in the court. And I cannot think of a better way to describe her in court than as a bulldog. She will fight for you. I am forever in debt to her.

Ms. Peters represented me in a case I felt the charges were bogus! Ms. Peters dedicated her time to not only learn the specifics of what it would be needed for me to actually be found guilty of such charges, she spent days researching an area she was not familiar with, to better represent me. Not only was I able to go about my daily life without this matter interfering in it since she was taking care of everything but in the end she managed to get the case dismissed!!! She gave me great guidance during all of the time the case was pending, I felt I was informed at all times and she was always very accessible with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help, hoping I will not need her again she would be my first choice should I need legal representation in the future.
